I heard a sermon this weekend on Luke 2 and he made an interesting point. The verse goes a bit like this:

And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all they had heard and seen, as it had been told them.

The point he was trying to make was that even though, the shepherds spent this time learning about Jesus, they still went back to their daily lives. And not only did they go back, the praised God and glorified him. Today was hard to come back to, so I'm trying to remember this verse from this weekend...
